With 18 years of experience, Dr. Cara Edwards provides compassionate, evidence-based therapy for teens and adults. She specializes in cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), mindfulness-based strategies, and stress management.

Dr. Edwards works with individuals facing anxiety, depression, mood disorders, ADHD, and other mental health or stress-related challenges.
